Billing & Subscriptions

RedactLedger offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

Upgrading to Pro

1. Go to Account → Billing.
2. Click Upgrade to Pro.
3. Complete the Stripe Checkout flow.
4. Your account is upgraded immediately.

Managing Your Subscription

View invoices, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription from Account → Billing. You are redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where all payment details are managed securely.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After expiry, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@redactledger.com within 7 days of a charge.

Payment Methods

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Stripe handles payment processing — RedactLedger never stores your card details.
